我们收集的信息
当你填写下单表单或联系我们时，我们可能收集：姓名或昵称、邮箱、备用联系方式、性别、出生日期、出生时间、出生地、现居城市、报告语言、补充备注、套餐选择、付款状态、订单记录、邀请码、奖励兑换码、推荐归因、分享链接点击参数和售后沟通记录。
我们如何使用这些信息
- 用于制作和交付你的个人洞察数字报告，包括 PDF 主报告和专属 HTML 网页版。
- 用于确认出生资料、联系交付、处理订单、售后、勘误、退款或重复付款核对。
- 用于生成邀请码、分享链接、奖励兑换码，核验兑换码是否有效，以及记录早期邀请福利的发放和核销状态。
- 用于基础运营记录和财务对账。我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会把你的完整报告公开发布。
第三方工具与网站归因

访问网站时，分析与广告测量工具可能记录页面路径、设备与浏览器信息、来源页面、UTM 参数、广告点击标识和邀请归因参数，用于了解访问来源、衡量转化和排查异常。天命鉴不会主动把完整客户报告公开或作为公开训练资料；第三方服务如何处理其接收的数据，以各自政策和账户设置为准。
保存、更正与删除
我们只在完成报告交付、售后处理、纠纷处理和财务记录所需的合理期限内保存资料。你可以通过 hello@tianmingjian.com 联系我们，请求查询、更正或删除你的资料。删除请求可能受已经完成的交易记录、税务或纠纷处理要求限制。
样章和案例

Privacy Policy
Tian Ming Jian respects your personal information and privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, which third-party tools may be involved, and how you can contact us to correct or delete your information.
Information We Collect
When you submit an order form or contact us, we may collect your name or preferred name, email, backup contact method, gender, birth date, birth time, birthplace, current city, report language, notes, selected plan, payment status, order records, invite codes, reward codes, referral attribution, share-link parameters, and support communications.
How We Use Information
- To prepare and deliver your personal insight digital report, including the PDF report and personal HTML web version.
- To confirm birth information, contact you about delivery, process orders, support requests, corrections, refunds, or duplicate-payment checks.
- To create invite codes, share links, and reward codes; validate reward-code use; and record issue and redemption status for the early referral benefit.
- To maintain basic operational and financial records. We do not sell your personal information or publish your full report.
Third-Party Tools and Website Attribution
We may use third-party services for website hosting, form collection, payment processing, email notifications, order management, website analytics, and advertising measurement. These services may process necessary data under their own privacy policies.
When you visit the website, analytics and advertising tools may record page paths, device and browser information, referring pages, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, and referral-attribution parameters to understand traffic sources, measure conversion, and investigate anomalies. Tian Ming Jian does not proactively publish complete client reports or use them as public training material. Third-party handling of data they receive is governed by their own policies and account settings.
Retention, Correction, and Deletion
We keep information only for a reasonable period needed for report delivery, support, dispute handling, and financial records. You may contact hello@tianmingjian.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Deletion requests may be limited by completed transaction records, tax, or dispute-handling requirements.
Samples and Case Excerpts
Public samples use fully fictional information by default. We will not publish your full report without explicit consent. Even with consent, any public excerpt must remove or mask names, birth details, birthplace, contact information, and other identifiable information.
