退款说明
天命鑑报告属于定制数字内容。付款后，我们会根据你提交的出生资料和套餐信息准备报告。
可以申请退款的情况
- 付款后 6 小时内，且订单尚未开始制作。
- 因我们自身原因无法交付报告。
- 重复付款，经核对确认为重复订单。
- 超过约 48 小时仍未交付，且不是因为资料缺失、联系不上或用户要求延后确认造成的，我们会优先说明原因并协商继续交付、延期或退款处理。
通常不支持退款的情况
- 报告已经开始制作。
- 报告已经交付。
- 因用户填写信息错误、不完整、邮箱无法接收或未及时补充资料导致延迟。
- 用户阅读后认为内容不符合预期，但报告已按提交资料完成。
- 用户要求更换主题、重做报告或追加新的定制方向。
资料填错怎么办
请尽快通过邮箱联系。尚未开始制作时，我们会尽量协助修改。已经开始制作后，出生年月日时、出生地等关键资料变化可能需要重新排盘和重新制作，可能无法按退款处理。
退款流程
请发送邮件到 hello@tianmingjian.com，并提供下单邮箱、付款时间、套餐名称、付款记录截图或订单信息，以及退款原因。我们会核对订单状态并通过邮件回复处理结果。

Refund Policy
Tian Ming Jian reports are customized digital content. After payment, production begins based on your submitted birth information and selected plan.
Refunds May Be Requested When
- You request cancellation within 6 hours after payment and production has not started.
- We are unable to deliver the report due to our own operational reason.
- A duplicate payment is confirmed after review.
- The report is not delivered after approximately 48 hours and the delay was not caused by missing information, unreachable contact, or a user-requested confirmation delay. We will first explain the reason and discuss continued delivery, extension, or refund handling.
Refunds Are Generally Not Supported When
- Production has already started.
- The report has already been delivered.
- Delay is caused by incorrect or incomplete information, an unreachable email address, or missing follow-up information from the user.
- The user feels the content does not meet expectations, but the report was completed based on submitted information.
- The user requests a different topic, a new report, or an additional customized direction.
If You Submitted Incorrect Information
Contact us by email as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will try to help correct the information. After production has started, changes to birth date, birth time, birthplace, or other key data may require re-charting and re-production and may not be handled as a refund.
Refund Process
Email hello@tianmingjian.com with your order email, payment time, plan name, payment record or order information, and refund reason. We will review the order status and reply by email.
